Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nils Norling (ranked 1721 p4p, 1258 weight class) and Hong Kong (ranked 242 p4p, 175 weight class). Norling comes to the cage accompanied by Scarlet - Age of seduction. Hong Kong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nils Norling! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hong Kong! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kong blocks a jab. A swing and a miss from Norling. Kong fails with a takedown attempt. Norling appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Hong Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kong shoots for a takedown but Norling saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kong shoots in and bounces Norling off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kong passes easily into side control. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kong in side control, throwing shots but Norling defends. Kong landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Kong trying to control the position but Norling is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Check out the look on Kong's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Norling knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kong on the ground. Kong in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Kong fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Norling is trying to get back to his feet. Kong trying to control the action but Norling is working from the bottom. Kong working the ground and pound but Norling is defending the strikes. Norling wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The ground and pound from Kong seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sloppy strikes there by Kong.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kong sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Norling is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Norling is not content to let Kong control the position. Kong is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Norling has escaped the position, nice work there. Kong is working to tighten his grip on Norling's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Norling has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kong is really squeezing tight and eventually Norling passes out! Kong breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Hong Kong! A very excited looking Hong Kong made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. The defeated Nils Norling had this to say: 'You win lose, you some some.'.
