Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reed Richards!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards fails in his attempt to clinch.
Richards dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jones. That did some damage!
Richards takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jones looks to land a left hand but Richards moved out of range nicely.
Jones uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Richards has time to react.
Richards misses with a wild body shot.
Richards doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.
Jones throws a body shot but no joy.
Jones lands with a hook. Richards tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Jones looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Richards walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Jones throws a body punch but Richards moves out of range.
Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Richards throws a fast counter high kick but Jones manages to duck under it in time.
Jones smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Richards looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones throws a hook but Richards blocks it.
Richards doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Jones throws a hook to the side of Richards's head but Richards sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jones cracks Richards on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Richards falls backwards against the cage. Jones follows up with more strikes that drop Richards to his knees. Jones keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Richards! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ray Jones!
