Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohsin Zaidi (ranked 720 p4p, 1168 weight class) and Young Lad (ranked 106 p4p, 166 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mohsin Zaidi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Young Lad!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lad scores with a hook to the body. Zaidi takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Lad creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Zaidi's defenses.
Zaidi is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lad is keeping busy.

Zaidi's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Zaidi has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lad avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Lad pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Lad blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Lad comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Zaidi tries to throw a body punch but Lad avoids it by throwing Zaidi back against the cage.
Zaidi gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lad has hold of Zaidi's hands but Zaidi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Zaidi winds up and cracks Lad with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mohsin Zaidi will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Mohsin Zaidi's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Zaidi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Zaidi throws a lazy right hand but Lad sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Zaidi appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Zaidi is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Lad throws a leg kick that misses.
Lad fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zaidi manages to avoid it.

Jeez, Mohsin Zaidi's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Lad's corner calls for a 1-2. Lad obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mohsin Zaidi's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Young Lad!
