Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Godefroy Courtial (ranked 2036 p4p, 1017 weight class) and Jake Drake (ranked 202 p4p, 109 weight class). Drake is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lose Yourself. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Godefroy Courtial!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jake Drake!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Courtial throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drake.
And Drake tries to counter it with a takedown but Courtial pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Courtial stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Courtial wants it to stay on the feet.
Drake moves out of range as Courtial strikes.
Courtial throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Drake drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Courtial defends it well.
Jake Drake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Courtial takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
