Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jessy Dentler (ranked 2295 p4p, 2063 weight class) and Tu Barrels (ranked 272 p4p, 245 weight class). Dentler comes to the cage accompanied by Colter Wall - The Devil Wears a Suit and Tie. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Jessy Dentler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Tu Barrels!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrels fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dentler manages to avoid it.
Dentler misses with a wild body shot.
Barrels looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Dentler slips a jab from Barrels.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Dentler moves out of range as Barrels strikes.
The crowd cheers as Barrels lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dentler doesn't seem phased though.

Barrels rushes Dentler and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Barrels blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Dentler.
Barrels lands a right hand that snaps the head of Dentler backwards.
Dentler misses with a punch on the inside.
Dentler tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dentler lands on the inside with an uppercut.
A head punch on the inside from Dentler fails to land.
Dentler has a couple of punches blocked by Barrels.
Dentler swings wildly with an uppercut but Barrels uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dentler lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Dentler blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dentler gets through Barrels's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Barrels comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Jessy Dentler has been cut.

Barrels pulls Dentler into guard.
Dentler wants to stand but Barrels is controlling his posture from full guard.
Barrels looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Dentler has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Barrels is proving hard to escape from.
Dentler has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Dentler wants to get up but he can't break Barrels's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Barrels is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Dentler is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barrels working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Barrels thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Dentler controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Dentler regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Barrels.
Dentler utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Barrels advances to half guard.
Barrels lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Barrels working Dentler over with strikes.
Barrels thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dentler's head.
Barrels controlling the action here.
Barrels throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Barrels throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Dentler to regain full guard.
Barrels trying to control the position from guard on top but Dentler is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dentler controls Barrels momentarily but Barrels frees himself.
Barrels pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dentler is keeping the position for now.
Barrels throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Barrels in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Barrels stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dentler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Barrels with a flurry of punches that miss.

Dentler keeping moving, preventing Barrels from controlling successfully.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Barrels is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Barrels moves away from the strike by Dentler.
Barrels bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dentler throws an overhand right that lands on Barrels's shoulder, as Barrels tries to avoid the shot.

Barrels closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dentler's guard.

Dentler has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Barrels is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Dentler swings wildly with an uppercut but Barrels uses good head movement to avoid it.
Barrels scores with a shoulder strike.
Barrels is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dentler pulls him back up using the underhooks.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Tu Barrels dominated that round.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Barrels connects with a right hand. Dentler shakes it off.
Dentler lands with a straight right. Barrels didn't see that one coming.
Barrels ducks under a wild hook from Dentler.
Dentler lands a jab to the nose.
Barrels ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Tu Barrels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Barrels darts in and clinches Dentler up against the cage.
Dentler tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Barrels lands with a light punch inside.
Barrels works on Dentler's body with a couple of short punches.
Barrels blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Barrels manages to break the clinch.
Dentler slips under a jab from Barrels.
Barrels grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Dentler takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Barrels cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
