Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Norman Pike (ranked 6108 p4p, 2926 weight class) and Dreynos Elvul (ranked 310 p4p, 173 weight class). Dreynos Elvul is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Norman Pike! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dreynos Elvul! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elvul misses with a straight left. Pike swats away the attempt to clinch by Elvul. Pike takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Pike scores with a hook.
It looks like Dreynos Elvul has been cut. Elvul connects with a crisp jab. Pike is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Elvul. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Elvul shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pike as he jumps to the side. Elvul moves away from the strike by Pike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Elvul looks to land a right hand but Pike moved out of range. Pike swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Pike moves out of range of the strikes. As Elvul looks to move away, Pike throws a big counter combo but Elvul just gets out of the way. Elvul lands a body shot.
Elvul scores with a nice strike. Pike takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Elvul moves in looking to clinch but Pike pushes him off. Pike lands a jab to the nose. Good exchange - Elvul coming out on top. A big left from Pike misses. Horrible takedown attempt by Elvul or perhaps it was just good defense by Pike, which made it look bad. Norman Pike is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Pike enables Elvul to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pike manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Elvul passes Pike's left leg - he's now in half guard. Elvul is looking for a kimura but Pike is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Elvul to get the leverage. Elvul looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Elvul works his way into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pike is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Elvul asserts his dominance and retains side control. Elvul looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Elvul has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pike is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Elvul yanks on the arm and Pike is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Elvul.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dreynos Elvul! Our winner, Dreynos Elvul, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
