Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Death Knell (ranked 2677 p4p, 2928 weight class) and Shannon Marshall (ranked 336 p4p, 370 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Marshall's choice of entrance music: Paid in Full by Eric B & Rakim. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shannon Marshall!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knell scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Shannon Marshall has been cut.
Knell scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Marshall doesn't seem bothered though.
Marshall throws an off balance right hand
and Marshall is countered with a crisp right hand from Knell that sends him to the canvas! Knell follows him to the mat into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Marshall is trying to control Knell's posture but Knell avoids it.
Knell decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Knell lands a nice looking body shot.
Marshall fails with the takedown
and Knell counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Marshall looks winded!
Knell drops Marshall with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Marshall! Knell dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Death Knell!
During a confident post fight interview, Death Knell thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
