The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziyaeddin with a poor takedown

so Nakamura counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nakamura stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ziyaeddin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nakamura is on top in guard.

Nakamura stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Ziyaeddin throws up his legs and catches Nakamura in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Nakamura tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Ziyaeddin! That came out of nowhere!
