Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Senor Submission (ranked 1825 p4p, 2293 weight class) and Mike Camble (ranked 258 p4p, 323 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Senor Submission!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Camble!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Camble manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Submission on his heels. He'll look to pass Submission's guard now, I'm sure.

Submission throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Camble escapes and throws Submission's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Submission knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Camble on the ground.

Camble has hold of Submission's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Submission manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Submission fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Camble avoids it really well and circles away.

Camble closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Submission's guard.
Camble controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Camble tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Camble has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Submission sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Camble passes the guard and advances to mount!
Camble fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Submission is rocked!
Camble softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Submission is out cold! Camble jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Camble!
Mike Camble is the new welterweight champion!
After the fight, Mike Camble was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
