Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yar Bol (ranked 747 p4p, 1007 weight class) and Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau (ranked 113 p4p, 152 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yar Bol!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bol just misses with a punch to the body.
Costeau misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bol.
A looping hook to the body misses from Costeau. Bol does a little dance to reset his feet.
Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Costeau closes the distance and clinches.
Costeau wants to get back to striking at distance but Bol won't allow it.

Bol was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Bol throws a chopping leg kick but Costeau manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Bol seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

It looks like Yar Bol has been cut.
Costeau has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Bol counters with a good low kick that Costeau was not able to check.
Costeau clobbers Bol with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bol darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bol slips under a jab from Costeau.

and Bol counters with a straight right hand.
Bol is looking to slow Costeau down with leg kicks.
Decent striking displayed by Costeau there.

Bol cracks Costeau with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bol has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Costeau to stand back up!

and Bol counters with a nice uppercut.
Costeau tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bol was well out of range. Poor timing from Costeau.

Costeau tries to close the distance and clinch but Bol swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Costeau misses the shot to the body.
Costeau is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Costeau lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bol circles away quickly and effectively.
Bol lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Bol uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Costeau.

Costeau tries to clinch there but Bol circles away.
Bol bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Bol counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bol darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Costeau throws a jab but it's blocked by Bol.
Costeau misses with a lunging right hand
and Bol counters with an inside leg kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Costeau looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Costeau looks to land a combination but Bol avoids it well.
Bol swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Costeau instigates a clinch.
Bol lands with a left to the head.
Costeau escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

A telegraphed right hand from Costeau misses the target.
Bol dips to his left and cracks Costeau with an uppercut!
Costeau uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bol.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Costeau scores with a jab to the head.
Bol takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Bol lands a jab to the head.
Bol cracks Costeau with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Costeau looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bol finish him?
Costeau is rocked!

and Bol counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Costeau is still on wobbly legs! Can Bol finish him?
Bol takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Costeau seems to have recovered his senses.
Costeau swings for the body but Bol moves out of range.
Bol throws a body punch but Costeau moves out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Costeau throws a lazy uppercut
and Bol counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Costeau looks winded!
Costeau throws a hook but Bol blocks it.
Bol cracks a nice hook into Costeau's ribs.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yar Bol dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Yar Bol's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Bol connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Costeau momentarily.
Costeau throws a lazy uppercut
and Bol makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Bol lands a left and a right that send Costeau crashing to the mat, dazed. Bol thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Bol scoring well with a low kick there.
Costeau swings away with a body shot that misses
and Bol counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Costeau out cold! What a finish! Bol is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yar Bol!
