Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Barnes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Buster White!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White scores with a leg kick.
White just misses with a punch to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from Barnes misses the target.
White's corner calls for a 1-2. White obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Barnes connects with a right hand. White shakes it off.
White throws a low kick but Barnes avoids it.
White misses with a left hand
and Barnes counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
White throws a right hand that Barnes ducks under and follows up with a left that Barnes also avoids with ease.
White fails to land with a series of punches.
A low kick from Barnes misses
and White counters with a nice uppercut.
Barnes thows a left - swing and a miss!
Buster White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barnes throws a good cross that connects.
White misses with a two punch combination.
Barnes is looking to counter punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Barnes has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Mentor Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Barnes closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
White throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Barnes connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

White will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
White darts in trying to clinch
and Barnes counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Barnes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
White uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Barnes.
Barnes showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from White.
A telegraphed right hand from Barnes misses the target.
Barnes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Barnes tries to break the clinch but White is controlling the position.

Barnes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
White throws a series of punches but Barnes moves out of range.
White takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
An inside leg kick from White misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
White throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
White uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Barnes.
Barnes scores with a nice right hand.
White avoids the body shot from Barnes.
White falls off balance throwing a combination
and Barnes counters with a nice uppercut.
White lands with a shot to the body.
Barnes blocks a low kick nicely.
Barnes takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
White throws a right and a left that both miss.
It looked like Barnes was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from White.

White takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
White throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Barnes counters with a series of strikes. White will be more careful next time no doubt.

White is rocked!
Barnes fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Crack! Barnes connects with the perfect overhand right and White falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Barnes!
