Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mustang Jack (ranked 1519 p4p, 1518 weight class) and Keith Kenneth Ferkingstad (ranked 203 p4p, 202 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Jack fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ferkingstad has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Jack takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ferkingstad feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jacks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Ferkingstad's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Jack throws a hook to the side of Ferkingstad's head but Ferkingstad sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Ferkingstad might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Jack has got the better of the exchanges.

Ferkingstad steps into range and cracks Jack with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Jack flops backwards and Ferkingstad dives into his guard looking to finish!

Ferkingstad is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ferkingstad tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jack knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Jack seems to have got his legs back now.

Ferkingstad maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Jack could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ferkingstad has cracked it and Jack is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ferkingstad!
