Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bofur Widehat (ranked 3270 p4p, 3571 weight class) and Deepen Cider (ranked 441 p4p, 486 weight class). Bofur Widehat had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Widehat gets the takedown into side control.

Cider is bucking up trying to escape but Widehat cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Cider holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Widehat tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Widehat dives in and grabs Cider's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cider pushes down on Widehat's head and hops out.
Cider is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Widehat with a body shot.
Widehat manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cider on his heels. He'll look to pass Cider's guard now, I'm sure.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Widehat, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
