Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kjetil Olsen (ranked 355 p4p, 689 weight class) and Dimitri Svyatogor (ranked 57 p4p, 95 weight class). Svyatogor has chosen Carl Espen - Silent Storm as his entrance music. Kjetil Olsen could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dimitri Svyatogor's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dimitri Svyatogor!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Olsen. That's going to slow Svyatogor down.
Olsen misses with a lunging right hand
and Svyatogor counters with a nice uppercut.
Svyatogor misses with a straight left.
Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Svyatogor blocks a head kick by Olsen.
Olsen throws a push kick but Svyatogor slaps the foot to one side.
Svyatogor looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Svyatogor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Olsen was well out of range. Poor timing from Svyatogor.
Svyatogor connects with a body shot that sends Olsen's belly button to the back.

and Svyatogor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dimitri Svyatogor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

I was talking to Olsen's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Olsen blocks a body shot from Svyatogor.
Svyatogor throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Svyatogor pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Svyatogor gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Svyatogor misses with a hook to the body
and Svyatogor takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Svyatogor misses with a left hand
and Olsen counters with a crisp right hand that drops Svyatogor! Olsen lets Svyatogor back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Svyatogor is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Olsen cracks Svyatogor with a left hook right on the temple and Svyatogor goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Olsen lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Svyatogor is OK!
