Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Seok Yi (ranked 2148 p4p, 3552 weight class) and Dreynos Elvul (ranked 215 p4p, 335 weight class). Yi's entrance music is Chris Travis - We Up. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dreynos Elvul was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Seok Yi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dreynos Elvul!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yi misses with a hook
letting Elvul counter with a right hand.
Yi connects with a jab.
Yi wants to clinch
and Elvul counters with a straight right hand.
Yi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Elvul lands a right hook to the body.
Elvul doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Elvul takes one on the button.
Yi scores with a nice head shot.
Seok Yi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yi takes a swing at Elvul's ribcage but misses.
Elvul with the counter takedown but Yi avoids it easily.
Yi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Elvul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Yi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Elvul stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yi swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Yi looking for a sweep. Not yet Yi, not yet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Elvul fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Yi looks to score with a jab to the body but Elvul is just out of range.
Yi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Yi feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Elvuls jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Elvul takes one on the button.
Yi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Elvul on the side of the head.
Yi scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Yi jabs at Elvul's body.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Seok Yi dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Yi works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Elvul swats away the attempt to clinch by Yi.
Elvul is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Yi wants to clinch but Elvul slips to the side
and Elvul counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Elvul loads up on a big right hand but Yi slips the punch.
Yi clinches up with Elvul and pushes him back against the cage.
Yi is fighting off a takedown attempt but Elvul is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Yi to the mat. Yi regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Yi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Elvul's guard.
Elvul is looking for a triangle here but Yi uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Yi remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Elvul stops Yi from passing to mount.

Yi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Elvul keeps working.
Yi moves into full mount!
Elvul is trying to escape the mount.
Yi content just to control the position here.
Elvul is in all sorts of trouble here.
Yi misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Elvul is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Elvul tries to reverse the position but Yi maintains control.
Yi looking to control but Elvul is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Elvul is looking to improve his position but Yi isn't that keen on the idea.
Yi is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Elvul can do to turn this around?

Yi throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Elvul because Yi loaded up on that one.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Elvul is trying to escape the mount.
Yi wants to control the pace but Elvul is squirming around nicely.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Seok Yi dominated that second round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Yi misses with a body shot.
Despite the aggression on Elvul's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Dreynos Elvul has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Yi moves in looking to clinch but Elvul pushes him off.
Elvul ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yi moves away.
Yi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Yi cracks Elvul with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Yi scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Elvul ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Yi wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yi throws a hook but Elvul avoids it easily.

Yi lands a nice shot that snaps Elvul's head back.

Yi can't find room to land a body shot as Elvul controls the action.
Elvul throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Yi lands on the inside with an uppercut.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Yi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Elvul is trying to break the clinch but Yi has him pressed against the cage.

Elvul is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Yi gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Yi lands a body shot in the clinch.
Yi presses Elvul against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Elvul takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Elvul has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Yi after a bit of a struggle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Elvul tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Yi makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Yi lands a left hand that snaps the head of Elvul backwards.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Yi creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Elvul with a big uppercut! Elvul tries to clinch up but Yi pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Elvul to the mat! Elvul covers up and Yi unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Seok Yi!
Seok Yi decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
