And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sammy Beach!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beach takes the fight into the clinch.

It looks like Ivern Gustavsson has been cut.
Beach blocking some punches.
Beach lands an elbow just above Gustavsson 's eye.
Gustavsson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Beach backwards.

It looked like Gustavsson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Beach.
Beach misses with an uppercut. Gustavsson saw that one coming.

It looked like Gustavsson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Gustavsson closes the distance and clinches up with Beach, looking for a takedown. Gustavsson pushes Beach against the cage but Beach circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivern Gustavsson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Gustavsson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Beach tries to clinch but fails miserably

Beach keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Beach looks to land a left hand but Gustavsson moved out of range nicely.

Gustavsson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Beach is rocked!
Beach connects with a body shot.
Beach missing with a left hand there. Gustavsson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gustavsson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Gustavsson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gustavsson, as that shot connected.
Gustavsson misses with an uppercut.
Gustavsson moves out of range as Beach strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gustavsson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Beach circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Gustavsson to the canvas! Gustavsson doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Beach keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sammy Beach!
