Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buster Gruff (ranked 1097 p4p, 1387 weight class) and Tau Masunwendinghamar (ranked 142 p4p, 173 weight class). Masunwendinghamar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Weltschmerz. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Buster Gruff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tau Masunwendinghamar!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruff closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Masunwendinghamar throws a hook to the side of Gruff's head but Gruff sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
No joy there for Gruff, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Masunwendinghamar throws out a counter right but Gruff avoids it with no problem.
Masunwendinghamar throws a right hand that misses
and Gruff counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Masunwendinghamar misses with a right hand
and Gruff counters with a crisp one two that drops Masunwendinghamar! Gruff thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Masunwendinghamar to his feet! Masunwendinghamar is in big trouble!
Masunwendinghamar thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gruff avoids the body shot from Masunwendinghamar.
Masunwendinghamar scores with a hook to the body. Gruff takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Masunwendinghamar lunges at Gruff with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gruff's hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A punch combination from Gruff misses.
Masunwendinghamar throws a lazy uppercut
and Gruff counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Gruff clinches up against the cage.
Gruff scores with a hook to the body.
Masunwendinghamar looks winded!
Gruff tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Gruff lands a right hand.
A short right from Gruff on the inside.
Gruff working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Masunwendinghamar breaks from the clinch.
Masunwendinghamar throws a jab but it's blocked by Gruff.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gruff lands a left and a right that send Masunwendinghamar crashing to the mat, dazed. Gruff thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Masunwendinghamar is rocked!
It looks like Tau Masunwendinghamar has been cut.
Gruff cracks Masunwendinghamar with a hook to the temple - Masunwendinghamar is on wobbly legs here! Gruff swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Masunwendinghamar falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Gruff wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Buster Gruff!
Buster Gruff decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
