Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maro Pjetlic (ranked 268 p4p, 266 weight class) and Balin Trollslayer (ranked 49 p4p, 48 weight class). Pjetlic's entrance music is Legend. A fine choice. Maro Pjetlic has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Maro Pjetlic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Balin Trollslayer! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trollslayer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pjetlic. Trollslayer changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Pjetlic scores with the left hand. Trollslayer knows he should have avoided that one. Pjetlic throws a poor cross that misses
and Trollslayer counters with a shoot takedown. Pjetlic fights it but they end up in guard. Trollslayer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Trollslayer with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Trollslayer lands a couple of decent looking shots. Trollslayer is looking to work some ground and pound but Pjetlic has wrist control. Trollslayer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Trollslayer lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Trollslayer throwing strikes but missing. Trollslayer lands a couple of digs. Trollslayer lands a couple of digs. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pjetlic is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pjetlic will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Trollslayer is working Pjetlic over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pjetlic tries to get out of the position. Trollslayer postures up in Pjetlic's guard and throws a big left but Pjetlic blocks it. Trollslayer is looking to work some ground and pound but Pjetlic has wrist control. Trollslayer stands up over Pjetlic, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Trollslayer is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Trollslayer scoring with some ground and pound. Trollslayer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Pjetlic is rocked! Trollslayer loads up on a big left hand. Pjetlic felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Trollslayer looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Pjetlic can't hide his disappointment, as Trollslayer celebrates the victory.
