The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slam throws out a loose jab but McGuire uses good head movement to avoid it.
McGuire looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
McGuire gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Slam.
Nice body punch from Slam.
McGuire takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Kevin McGuire has been cut.
Slam tests McGuire's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Slam lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
McGuire misses with a straight right.
McGuire throws a hook but Slam avoids it easily.
McGuire throws a body kick that misses
and Slam scores with a counter punch that sends McGuire to the canvas! Slam smells blood - he's punishing McGuire with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! McGuire has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
