Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Smith (ranked 2953 p4p, 3449 weight class) and Brandon Baldwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Smith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to IS THIS LOVE. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baldwin lands a really nice looking cross but Smith seems unphased.
Baldwin is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
Baldwin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Smith checks a leg kick.
Baldwin takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Brandon Baldwin has been cut.
Baldwin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Baldwin follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Baldwin lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Baldwin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Baldwin connects with a looping right hand.
Smith wants to clinch up but Baldwin keeps it at a distance.
Nice straight punches there by Baldwin. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Baldwin.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Baldwin. Smith shrugs it off though.
Baldwin scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
The crowd cheers as Baldwin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Smith doesn't seem phased though.

Baldwin tries to break free but Smith pushes him back against the cage.

Baldwin lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Smith throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Baldwin blocks it with crossed arms.
Baldwin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Smith drops Baldwin with a big knee straight up the middle! Baldwin is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Baldwin is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith weaves into range and cracks Baldwin right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Baldwin goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Smith is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
