Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hero Shima (ranked 211 p4p, 567 weight class) and ZaDarius Haden (ranked 30 p4p, 77 weight class). Shima comes to the cage accompanied by C. R. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haden throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Shima definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Haden seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Shima does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Haden cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Shima is looking to control Haden's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Shima avoid being mounted?

Shima looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Haden is defending well. Shima quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Haden has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Shima celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
