Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Norman Pearson (ranked 558 p4p, 427 weight class) and Sven Torvik (ranked 86 p4p, 65 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Norman Pearson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sven Torvik!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
It looks like Sven Torvik has been cut.
Pearson looks to land a left hand but Torvik moved out of range nicely.
Torvik bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pearson's head.

Pearson sends Torvik crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pearson is motioning to the referee to let Torvik up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Sven Torvik's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Pearson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Torvik sees it coming and avoids it easily.

It looked like Pearson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Torvik.
Torvik bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pearson's head backwards.
Torvik connects with a nice looking jab.
Torvik uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pearson.
Pearson has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Pearson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Torvik if he has to take too many more of those.
Torvik is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Pearson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Pearson walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Torvik swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

During a confident post fight interview, Sven Torvik thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Norman Pearson was interviewed post fight and said 'I knew I was better in the clinch so I did my best to get in that area and smash him. Obviously that gameplan didn't work. I will get back to camp and re-evaluate where we went wrong. Thank you all for coming out! '.
