The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrane connects with a right hand. Paul shakes it off.

Thrane closes the distance and pushes Paul back into the cage.

Thrane has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Thrane counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Thrane throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Paul on the side of the head.

Thrane flashes Paul a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Paul's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Paul crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Thrane punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Jørgen Thrane thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Bruce Paul stepped up to the mic, saying 'I got in my head before i event took the fight and asked my manager if i was even ready for this guy clearly i wasnt!!!'.
