Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jed Chandler!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kimbo Slice!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chandler throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slice tries to clinch up but Chandler circles away and keeps his distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Slice looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Chandler tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Slice defends well and Chandler ends up having to push Slice into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Slice scores with a shoulder strike.
Chandler has been working on his balance at Reach Around, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Slice.
Chandler jumps guard but Slice stands there with Chandler around his waist. Chandler gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Slice.
It looks like Jed Chandler has been cut.
Slice lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Chandler.
Slice lands with a left to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slice lands with a left to the head.
Slice is struggling to control the position.
Chandler is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Slice to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jed Chandler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Slice lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Chandler backwards.

Slice lands a nice uppercut.
Chandler is rocked!
Slice lands with a short shot to the head.
Oh Chandler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Slice lands a right hand that snaps the head of Chandler backwards.
Slice pushes Chandler against the cage. Slice is working some dirty boxing. Slice pushes off with a quick right hook! Chandler goes down! Chandler tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Slice moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kimbo Slice!
Kimbo Slice is the new light heavyweight champion!
After winning the bout, Kimbo Slice thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
