The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall thows a body kick. Perez tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hall has closed the distance and engaged Perez in a clinch.
Perez ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Perez no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Perez keeping moving, preventing Hall from controlling successfully.
Hall slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Perez has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hall doesn't defend quickly enough and Perez has managed to lock this one up! Can Hall escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Perez on a fantastic submission victory.
