Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wilhelm Bar (ranked 1793 p4p, 1795 weight class) and Toby Keith Yrkje (ranked 236 p4p, 237 weight class). Yrkje has chosen As Good As I Once Was as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Wilhelm Bar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Toby Keith Yrkje! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yrkje connects with a single shot there. Yrkje thows a leg kick but Bar checks it so Bar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bar drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Yrkje manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bar has Yrkje in his guard.
Bar has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Yrkje is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bar. Bar is looking for a sweep. Bar sneaks back into half guard. Bar actively working from the bottom here. Bar tries to get to full guard but Yrkje has control of the leg. Bar tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Yrkje has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bar tries to get back to half guard but can't. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yrkje controlling his opponent. Yrkje manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bar to take his back! Bar can't escape the position.
Yrkje trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Bar doesn't escape. Yrkje is hanging on to Bar's back as he tries to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yrkje is trying to stick to Bar's back but Bar is turning into Yrkje. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Yrkje's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bar. Yrkje has his hands on Bar's head, controlling the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Yrkje keeping full guard, as Bar tries to pass. Bar is looking to pass into half guard but Yrkje pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Yrkje is in guard. Bar looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yrkje is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yrkje forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bar punching from the bottom.
Bar looking for a kimura from the bottom but Yrkje passes into side control! Yrkje taking a breather here. Bar is trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee asks Yrkje politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Yrkje prefers to stall for the moment though. Bar is looking to regain half guard here but Yrkje keeps moving and retains side control. Yrkje is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Bar is looking for a sweep. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bar manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Toby Keith Yrkje dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Yrkje misses with a right hand and Bar counters with a single leg into guard. Yrkje didn't expect that. Bar working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Yrkje wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yrkje keeping full guard, as Bar tries to pass. Bar won't allow Yrkje to sweep him here. Bar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yrkje swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bar has gone for a leg lock! Yrkje slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bar's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bar looking for subs off his back but Yrkje has passed one foot through into half guard.
Yrkje moves nicely into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bar tries to improve position but can't. Bar seems a little lost for a moment, as Yrkje dominates the positioning. Yrkje blocks the strikes from Bar.
Bar is trying to improve his position. Bar gets back to half guard. Bar tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bar is looking to get back to full guard here but Yrkje has managed to pass to side control instead. Bar is looking for a sweep. Bar gets back to half guard. Toby Keith Yrkje has got the better of the ground game so far. Yrkje is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bar is looking for a sweep. Yrkje is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Yrkje has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Bar is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bar throwing hammer fists to the chest of Yrkje. What's that going to do exactly? Yrkje controlling the position easily from mount. Bar is working to get back to half guard.
Bar is trying to escape the mount but Yrkje keeps good control and instead manages to take Bar's back.
Yrkje has the hooks in. Bar is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Bar is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bar is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Yrkje doesn't have the hooks in and Bar manages to turn into his guard.
Bar throws a big elbow that misses. Bar is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Yrkje is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Yrkje has escaped and now he's on top! Bar is looking to sweep but instead, Yrkje has passed into half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bar manages to get to full guard.

A close second round but Toby Keith Yrkje will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Yrkje throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Yrkje thows a leg kick but Bar checks it and Bar counters with a takedown into side control. Bar working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Bar swings around for an armbar but Yrkje sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bar's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bar isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Yrkje stacks Bar on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Yrkje! Bar tries to bench press Yrkje off him but Yrkje keeps the position. Yrkje is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Bar's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bar is looking for a sweep. Bar is not content to let Yrkje control the position. Bar is trying to get back to half guard. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Bar is looking for a sweep. Bar is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bar throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Bar is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Yrkje's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Bar is looking to get back to full guard here but Yrkje has managed to pass to side control instead. Yrkje is staying tight to Bar's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bar manages to get back to half guard. Yrkje blocks the strikes from Bar.
Bar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bar looking for submissions off his back. Yrkje wants to free his trapped foot but Bar is holding on for dear life with his legs. Yrkje controlling the action here. Bar wants to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bar makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bar. Bar has an active guard here but Yrkje has managed to pass into half guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Toby Keith Yrkje. Well Yrkje has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
