Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Baldur Torsten (ranked 229 p4p, 997 weight class) and Leif Erikson (ranked 36 p4p, 132 weight class). Torsten's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Temple of Odin. Erikson has chosen Into Battle - Ensiferum as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Erikson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Erikson delivers a nice body kick.
Leif Erikson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Erikson misses with a double jab
and Torsten counters with a series of strikes. Erikson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Erikson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Torsten looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Torsten checks a leg kick.
Erikson tries to land a body kick
and Torsten counters with a stiff right hand.
Erikson swings widly with a right hand
and Torsten counters with a crisp right hand that drops Erikson ! Torsten lets Erikson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Torsten fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Torsten ducks under a wild hook from Erikson .
Erikson leaves his chin hanging out and Torsten seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Erikson crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Baldur Torsten!
After winning the bout, Baldur Torsten thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Leif Erikson was interviewed post fight and said 'I will now rape and pillage!'.
