Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vunipola Veainu (ranked 80 p4p, 661 weight class) and Luis Maestre (ranked 2 p4p, 19 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Vunipola Veainu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 24 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Luis Maestre! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maestre throws a hook to the side of Veainu's head but Veainu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Maestre misses with a body punch
and Veainu counters with a left to the body. Maestre's jab looks to have found its range, popping Veainu under the eye.
It looks like Vunipola Veainu has been cut. A telegraphed right hand from Veainu misses the target. A jab from Maestre misses. Maestre ducks under a wild hook from Veainu. The fighters circling - Veainu throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Veainu moves out of range as Maestre strikes. A little feinted left hand from Veainu on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. A looping hook to the body misses from Veainu. Maestre does a little dance to reset his feet. Maestre connects with a good right hand that stumbles Veainu. Veainu circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Maestre looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Luis Maestre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Maestre uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Veainu has time to react. Veainu seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Veainu misses with a body punch
and Maestre counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Vunipola Veainu's cut is getting worse. Maestre throws a jab but it's blocked by Veainu. An attempted straight right counter from Veainu misses the target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Maestre closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Veainu! Maestre dives in looking to finish! Veainu is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luis Maestre! In his post fight interview, Luis Maestre gave a big smile as he said 'UPSET OF THE FUCKING YEAR BABY'.
