Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Wayne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Simmons!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons moves away from the strike by Wayne.
A shot to the body from Wayne misses
and Simmons counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Anthony Wayne has been cut.
Simmons listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Wayne scores with the left hand. Simmons knows he should have avoided that one.
Simmons misses the jab.
Anthony Wayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A swing and a miss from Simmons.
Simmons throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Simmons has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Wayne lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wayne pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Wayne scores with a push kick.

Wayne lands a big head kick that sends Simmons tumbling to the mat! Wayne takes a step backwards and waves Simmons back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Ben Simmons has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wayne thows a leg kick but Simmons checks it
and Simmons finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
A big left from Wayne misses.
Simmons swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Simmons steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wayne.
Wayne throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Simmons counters with an inside leg kick.
Wayne takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Simmons uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wayne.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wayne sizes up Simmons with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Wayne throws out a loose jab but Simmons uses good head movement to avoid it.
Simmons lands with a thumping leg kick.
Simmons rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Wayne counters with a crisp right that sends Simmons to the canvas! Wayne follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
