Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kay Bone (ranked 537 p4p, 1120 weight class) and Fernand Duif (ranked 75 p4p, 155 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 24 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kay Bone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fernand Duif! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Bone throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! A nice inside leg kick there by Duif. That's going to slow Bone down. Bone throws an overhand right that lands on Duif's shoulder, as Duif tries to avoid the shot. Bone scores with the left hand. Duif knows he should have avoided that one. Duif tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Duif tries to clinch there but Bone circles away.
Bone checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Duif throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bone throws a shot from downtown. Duif moves away and avoids it. Bone wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Duif misses the jab. Bone tries to keep at a distance but Duif has taken the fight into the clinch. A bit of stalling here from Bone.
Bone has Duif pressed against the cage.

Duif misses with the head strike.
Duif tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Duif scores with a shoulder strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duif can't find room to land a body shot as Bone controls the action.
Bone works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Bone working some nice short punches in the clinch. Duif misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bone blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bone stalls. Bone misses with a short punch on the inside. Duif's coach down at Tran MMA Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Duif's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Bone lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. A right handed body shot lands from Bone.
I was talking to Bone's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Duif. A short body shot lands from Bone as the two fighters clinch.
Duif looks winded! Still in the clinch, Bone scores with a nice short uppercut. Bone scores with an uppercut up the middle. Bone lands a nice uppercut. Bone lands with a short head shot on the inside. Duif's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bone throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Duifs head. Duif's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! A nice right hand lands inside from Bone.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bone breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bone scores with a body shot.
Bone connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Duif covering up! Bone comes in with a big uppercut and Duif goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Kay Bone! A victorious Kay Bone thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
