Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kai Rossiter (ranked 2026 p4p, 877 weight class) and Rick Segura (ranked 260 p4p, 123 weight class). Segura has chosen Mystic Rick - Press Conference as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rick Segura!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossiter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Segura manages to avoid it.
Segura has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Segura is defended easily by Rossiter.
Segura looks to score with a jab to the body but Rossiter is just out of range.
Segura ducks right into an uppercut from Rossiter.
Segura looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rossiter is fending him off so far but Segura persists. Nope, Rossiter circles away and we're back to standing.
