Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alborz Mumu (ranked 366 p4p, 354 weight class) and Oulu Laine (ranked 57 p4p, 56 weight class). Laine has chosen Peti - Oulu Shangri-la as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Alborz Mumu has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alborz Mumu seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laine lands a leg kick that knocks Mumu off balance momentarily.
Mumu swings for the body but Laine moves out of range.
Laine throws a nice inside leg kick.
Laine looks to throw a body kick
and Mumu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Laine's coach down at FF Forever was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Laine's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Laine throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Laine lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Mumu lands a really nice looking cross but Laine seems unphased.
It looks like Oulu Laine has been cut.
Mumu throws a push kick but Laine slaps the foot to one side.

and Mumu counters with a nice uppercut.

Mumu ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mumu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
