Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Francis The Predator (ranked 3388 p4p, 21930 weight class) and Johnny Waldron (ranked 75 p4p, 231 weight class). The Predator's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The predator. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waldron misses with a head kick.
Waldron has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The Predator connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Waldron onto his butt! Waldron bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Waldron walks into a big right hand from The Predator and goes down! The referee sends The Predator to a neutral corner as Waldron gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.

Waldron cracks The Predator with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and before Waldron can reset, The Predator rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Waldron is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!
The Predator takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The Predator takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Waldron tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but The Predator paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Waldron throws a lazy uppercut
and The Predator counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The Predator takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
