Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Serghei Vasilescu (ranked 5837 p4p, 4872 weight class) and Johnny Ringo (ranked 588 p4p, 525 weight class). Serghei Vasilescu looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Serghei Vasilescu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Ringo!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasilescu tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ringo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Vasilescu has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ringo finds it's way round the side to connect with Vasilescu's head.
It looks like Serghei Vasilescu has been cut.
Ringo cracks Vasilescu with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Vasilescu tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ringo pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Vasilescu is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Ringo!
Our winner, Johnny Ringo, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
