Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oba Umar (ranked 2133 p4p, 2427 weight class) and Shane Lancaster (ranked 305 p4p, 347 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lancaster's choice of entrance music: Slipknot - I Am Hated. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oba Umar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shane Lancaster!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Umar lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A lazy left from Lancaster finds it's target.
It looks like Oba Umar has been cut.
Lancaster moves away from the strike by Umar.
Lancaster cracks Umar with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Lancaster bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Umar tries to clinch
and Lancaster counters with a shoot takedown. Umar fights it but they end up in guard.
Lancaster scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Umar wants to stand up but Lancaster is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lancaster scoring with some ground and pound.
Lancaster throws a big right hand that misses.
Lancaster is working Umar over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Lancaster looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Umar wants to stand but Lancaster is controlling the position.
Lancaster chips away with some ground and pound.
Oba Umar's cut is getting worse.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lancaster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Umar works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Lancaster cracks Umar with a solid left hand.
Oba Umar's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Oba Umar's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Shane Lancaster!
Our winner, Shane Lancaster, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
