As Cubbedge tries to get set, Scott tries to push him back and clinch up but Cubbedge manages to avoid the attempt.

Cubbedge cracks Scott with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cubbedge has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Scott to stand back up!

Cubbedge has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cubbedge fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Scott square on the jaw! Damn, Scott is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
