Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jim Lahey (ranked 1054 p4p, 1477 weight class) and Jim Reefer (ranked 127 p4p, 166 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reefer scores with a head kick. Lahey tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Reefer takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Jim Reefer has been cut.

Reefer has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Some bone on bone action there as Lahey checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Lahey looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Reefer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lahey closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Lahey wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Jim Lahey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reefer steps in with a hook that catches Lahey right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Reefer follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Lahey looks absolutely devastated.
