The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble scores with a leg kick.
Rumble thows a leg kick but Jiet checks it
and Jiet counters with a nice uppercut.
We've been told by Jiet's head coaches at in shig we trust that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Rumble fails with a takedown attempt.
Rumble misses with a hook to the body
and Jiet connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rumble throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jiet takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Rumble throws a leg kick that is checked
and Jiet counters with a nice uppercut.
Rumble throws a leg kick but Jiet checks it.
Jiet was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Rumble throws a right hand that misses
letting Jiet counter with a right hand.
Rumble misses with a jab to the body
and Jiet counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rumble is rocked!
It looks like Gregory Rumble has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A low kick from Rumble is predictable there
and Jiet counters with a huge left! Rumble is in big trouble! He's backing up but Jiet isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Rumble from any more damage. A dominating finish by Jiet!
