The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamara ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Phoenix looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Phoenix slips under a jab from Kamara.
Kamara misses with a low kick.
Kamara looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kamara ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Phoenix moves away.
Kamara throws a lazy right hand but Phoenix sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kamara just misses with a punch to the body.
Kamara lands a head shot.

It looks like Simon Phoenix has been cut.
Kamara throws the kick towards the body but Phoenix avoids it.
Kamara slips a straight right by Phoenix.
Phoenix throws a shot from downtown. Kamara moves away and avoids it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kamara.
Phoenix misses the shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kamara sends Phoenix crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kamara is motioning to the referee to let Phoenix up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Phoenix is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kamara circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Phoenix tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Kamara wins by KO!
