Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie IV (ranked 1221 p4p, 1044 weight class) and Glover Levangasti (ranked 181 p4p, 157 weight class). Charlie IV has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Charlie IV! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Glover Levangasti! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Levangasti uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by IV.
Levangasti looks like he wants to counter punch here. Levangasti has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Glover Levangasti has been cut. IV throws a poor cross that misses
and Levangasti counters with a shoot takedown. IV fights it but they end up in guard. IV looking for a sweep. Not yet IV, not yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Levangasti makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Levangasti accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Levangasti lands a couple of decent looking shots. Levangasti working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. IV keeping moving, preventing Levangasti from controlling successfully. Levangasti throws a big right hand that misses. IV wants to sweep but no luck. Levangasti stands and throws IV's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. IV is looking for a sweep. Check out the look on Levangasti's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Levangasti is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down IV's shoulder. That is not cool. IV is looking to regain half guard here but Levangasti keeps moving and retains side control. Levangasti throwing shots but missing, from side control. IV knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Levangasti on the ground. Levangasti trying to control the action but IV is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. IV struggling a bit here. Levangasti lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear IV down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. IV tries to improve position but can't. Check out the look on Levangasti's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Levangasti lands a decent elbow from side control.
It looks like Charlie IV has been cut. IV is looking to reverse the position. Levangasti trying to control the action but IV is working from the bottom. IV is trying to get back to half guard. Levangasti scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh IV is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Levangasti can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Glover Levangasti! An out of breath Glover Levangasti thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
