The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sampson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Reeves with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Reeves, as that shot connected.
Sampson throws an off balance right hand

and Reeves counters with a nice right hand that sends Sampson toppling to the canvas! Sampson scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Reeves finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Reeves cracks Sampson with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Sampson falls to his knees and Reeves doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

In defeat, Douglas Sampson stepped up to the mic, saying 'Nothing goes over my head… my reflexes are too fast, but my famously huge turd pre fight left me feeling dizzy and I was seeing double vision the whole fight'.
