Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gerrad Skolz!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skolz throws the left hand but Vovchanchyn avoids the punch easily.
Skolz bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Skolz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vovchanchyn throws out the jab.
Vovchanchyn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Skolz tries to move into range but Vovchanchyn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Skolz scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Skolz throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Vovchanchyn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Skolz.
Vovchanchyn throws a shot to the body.
Vovchanchyn lands a jab to the nose.
Skolz throws a leg kick but Vovchanchyn checks it.
Vovchanchyn looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Skolz sends Vovchanchyn crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Skolz is motioning to the referee to let Vovchanchyn up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Vovchanchyn is rocked!

Skolz connects with a combination that backs up Vovchanchyn into the cage. Skolz lands a flurry of punches that gets past Vovchanchyn's guard. Vovchanchyn is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Skolz bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
