Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scooter Bob (ranked 1088 p4p, 806 weight class) and Michael Dunn (ranked 163 p4p, 115 weight class). Michael Dunn told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scooter Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Dunn!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunn ducks right into an uppercut from Bob.
It looks like Michael Dunn has been cut.
Dunn throws a right hand that misses
and Bob counters with a nice uppercut.
Dunn swings widly with a right hand
and Bob counters with a leg kick.
Dunn avoids a kick to the body.
Bob takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Dunn throws a jab when Bob was well out of range.
Dunn thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bob went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Dunn rushes Bob and presses him up against the cage.
Dunn lands with a right to the head.
A head punch on the inside from Bob fails to land.
Dunn misses with a punch on the inside.
Bob softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bob misses with a hook to the ribs.
Dunn misses with the head strike.
We've been hearing reports that Bob has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Bob lands a hook to the side of the head.
Bob breaks the clinch.
Bob takes one to the chin there.
Bob takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dunn throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bob on the side of the head.
Dunn throws a lazy uppercut
and Bob scores with a counter punch that sends Dunn to the canvas! Bob smells blood - he's punishing Dunn with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Dunn has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Scooter Bob!
