The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheppard connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ruff Ryder on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sheppard. Sheppard obviously looking to wear him down.
Sheppard takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Sheppard works Ruff Ryder's body with a nice hook.
Sheppard bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Curtis Sheppard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ruff Ryder gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Sheppard gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
