Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willie Diggs (ranked 1907 p4p, 2747 weight class) and Gord Ryan (ranked 265 p4p, 366 weight class). Diggs comes to the cage accompanied by DICK TWIST. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willie Diggs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gord Ryan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Diggs throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ryan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ryan there as he acknowledges the shot.
Ryan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Diggs counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Diggs takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ryan misses with a leg kick
and Diggs cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ryan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Diggs counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ryan misses with an uppercut
and Diggs connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Gord Ryan has been cut.
Diggs seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Ryan misses with a hook. Diggs ducked under it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Diggs misses with a body kick.
Ryan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Diggs counters with a nice uppercut.
Ryan looks to land a left hand but Diggs moved out of range nicely.
Ryan misses with a right hand
letting Diggs counter with a right hand.
