Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anni Skystalker (ranked 228 p4p, 300 weight class) and Lorenzo Benedetti (ranked 29 p4p, 38 weight class). Benedetti has chosen Gloom, Doom, Heartache & Whiskey - Viking Skull as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skystalker with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Benedetti to score with a decent uppercut.
Benedetti moves out of range of the body kick from Skystalker.
Skystalker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Benedetti.
An inside leg kick from Skystalker misses.
Benedetti loads up on a big right hand but Skystalker slips the punch.
Skystalker throws a shot from downtown. Benedetti moves away and avoids it.
Benedetti thumps Skystalker with a low kick.
Skystalker shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Benedetti manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Skystalker seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Benedetti does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Skystalker drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Benedetti dives on top into guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Skystalker has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Benedetti should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Skystalker has tightened it up now! Benedetti should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Anni Skystalker tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
