Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin McGuire (ranked 714 p4p, 656 weight class) and Deon Big Daddy (ranked 112 p4p, 102 weight class). McGuire comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. Big Daddy has chosen Big Daddy Kane - Smooth Operator as his entrance music. Deon Big Daddy acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire misses with a takedown attempt
and Big Daddy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Big Daddy cracks McGuire with an open hand slap.
McGuire tries to land a front kick but Big Daddy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
It seemed like Big Daddy was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
McGuire throws a jab when Big Daddy was well out of range.
McGuire fails to land the takedown.
A countering left hand to the body from Big Daddy misses.
McGuire lands with a straight right. Big Daddy didn't see that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Big Daddy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Kevin McGuire has been cut.
McGuire with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
McGuire throws a head kick but Big Daddy moves out of range.
McGuire needs to keep his hands up - Big Daddy had a free shot at his head there.

Kevin McGuire seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McGuire was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A nice inside leg kick there by Big Daddy . That's going to slow McGuire down.
McGuire misses with a hook
and Big Daddy counters with a lovely shot to the body.

enabling McGuire to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Deon Big Daddy has been cut.
Big Daddy cracks McGuire with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! McGuire looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Big Daddy finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
McGuire throws a chopping leg kick but Big Daddy manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Big Daddy cracks McGuire on the jaw with a powerful right hand and McGuire falls backwards against the cage. Big Daddy follows up with more strikes that drop McGuire to his knees. Big Daddy keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save McGuire! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Deon Big Daddy !
A very excited looking Deon Big Daddy rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
