Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stan Shamrock (ranked 2871 p4p, 2869 weight class) and Davido Monto (ranked 379 p4p, 378 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stan Shamrock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Davido Monto!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock throws a poor cross that misses

and Monto counters with a shoot takedown. Shamrock fights it but they end up in guard.
Shamrock keeping full guard, as Monto tries to pass.
Shamrock avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Monto throws a big elbow that misses.

Monto isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Shamrock stacks Monto on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Shamrock!

Monto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shamrock can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close second round but I would say that Stan Shamrock will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Davido Monto.
