Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Christ (ranked 3285 p4p, 3087 weight class) and Danny Davis (ranked 418 p4p, 392 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jimmy Christ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny Davis! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis lands a slapping body shot.
Christ cracks Davis with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Davis is looking to clinch. Christ defending well as Davis loads up on a big left hand. Christ moves out of range of the strikes. Christ avoids the body shot from Davis.
Christ throwing a counter right hand but Davis manages to avoid it. Danny Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Davis rushes Christ and presses him up against the cage. Christ breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A jab from Christ does it's job there. Davis swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Davis clinches. Davis tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Christ misses with some punches.
Christ misses with a hook from the clinch. Christ pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Christ avoids the body shot from Davis.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Davis tries to clinch but Christ moves away and Christ counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Davis rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Davis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Left hook, right uppercut from Christ. Davis takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Davis doesn't manage to clinch there - Christ circles away.
A jab from Christ misses. Christ is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Davis falls off balance throwing a combination
and Christ counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Davis looks to land a right hand but Christ moved out of range. Davis misses with a hook
and Christ counters with a nice body shot. Davis dips to his left and cracks Christ with an uppercut! Davis gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Christ breaks from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davis misses with a lunging right hand
and Christ counters with a nice uppercut. Christ misses with a jab, cross combination.
Davis looks like he wants to counter punch here. Davis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Christ manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Davis ducks right into an uppercut from Christ. The fight stays on the outside here - Davis looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jab by Christ. Davis just misses with a punch to the body.
Davis tries to close the distance and clinch but Christ swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Davis is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Davis tries to clinch up and Davis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Davis lands a nice hook to Christ's body. Christ takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. It looks like Christ has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Davis misses with a right hand and Davis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Christ circles away from the clinch attempt.
Davis throws a body punch but Christ moves out of range. Davis misses with a hook to the body
and Christ cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Davis is rocked! A combination from Christ does no damage. Davis is still on wobbly legs! Can Christ finish him? Christ lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Davis falls backwards - clearly groggy! Christ dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jimmy Christ! During a confident post fight interview, Jimmy Christ thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
