The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bors wanted to stand there but Girith had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Girith is looking for a triangle but Bors pushes his legs off easily.

Bors got a little sloppy there for a moment and Girith has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bors has managed to get both his arms back between Girith's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Boris Bors will probably get the nod.
